Opened in 2016 by owner Melody Pere, the twenty two seat restaurant serves breakfast and lunch in a bright and airy space in the heart of town. Mismatched mugs adorn the counter, urging patrons to "grab a mug and fill it up!" while a small staff caters to the large griddle behind the counter.
The menu is short and sweet, and simply put, done well. Come for her famous buttermilk pancakes using Farm to Hearth milled grains; the Little Mel, an egg, bacon and cheddar breakfast sandwich with house made aioli and greens on an English muffin; and the naturally gluten free Tronmonster, an indulgent plate piled high with home fries, bacon, sausage, cheddar cheese, scallions, sour cream and a sunny side up egg.
