Todd Solek

Todd Solek is the owner and baker behind Farm to Hearth, a wholesale bakery in Haddam, CT. Todd single handedly runs his wood fired bakery providing fresh bread and milled grains to some of Connecticut's finest restaurants such as Oyster Club, Engine Room, Millwrights and more. He sources all his grains from the Northeast, mills them fresh for each bake and hand forges each loaf every single day.
