Locally sourced ingredients. Innovative menus. An intimate experience. A few surprises. Limited seating. One night only, in an unexpected Greater Hartford location. The menu and venue remain a secret until the day of the dinner. 24 hours prior to the event, guests will receive an email detailing the location.
UNO is Chef Scott Miller's twist on the pop up dinner. Chef Miller, formerly of Max’s Oyster Bar, received national attention when his Chef to Farm dinner series was awarded "One of the Top Farm Dinners" in the country from Fodor's Travel. In 2011, he was named Chef of the Year and in 2015, Best Caterer in Connecticut by the Connecticut Restaurant Association. After nine years of creating exquisite offerings on the farm, Miller is bringing his culinary acumen to the city.
UNO isn’t dinner. It's an immersive, interactive, communal dining experience.
No cash is exchanged. Tickets include multi-course tasting menu, beverage pairings, and service. Tickets are non-refundable but they are transferable to other people.
(All dietary needs must be communicated upon purchase. If you surprise us with a food restriction upon your arrival, we will do our best to accommodate you but we may not have the resources available.)
