The [oink] pop-up series is taking on The Whelk in Westport! The chefs behind the successful pop-up series have been, well, busy. Their fall consisted of dinners at Medlyn Farm, Black Hog Brewing and River Tavern, and they are now just finishing up their brunch series at Caseus. Each pop-up has been a different style of food and we are very excited to see what an Italian theme brings from the chefs. Dubbed 'il Arbitrario', or an arbitrary Italian word, chefs Craig and Alex will be serving a seven course dinner with three wine pairings. There are five possible seating times at 5:30, 6, 6:30, 7, and 7:30 that will be sure to sell out. You can see the menu below and can purchase tickets here.
