Oink Restaurant at River Tavern

This Monday, November 9th, Chefs Craig Hutchinson and Alex Lishchynsky of Oink Restaurant are joining Chef Matthew Wick of River Tavern for a special, one night only, four course prix-fixe menu at the River Tavern in Chester, CT.

Menu:
- raw [beef & matsutake], juniper, cherry bomb yolk, bread, anchovy
- swordfish tataki, [japanese sweet potato], ginger, crab paste creme fraiche, shallot
- [dry aged veal meatball], spaghetti, marinara, lamuse gouda
- [beet] panna cotta, torta caprese, meringue, white chocolate ice cream

The prix-fixe menu is $50 per person, not inclusive of tax or gratuity. The regular a la carte River Tavern menu will be available as well. Also, it is half price bottles and glasses of wine!!!!!
