Come enjoy Firebox Sous Chef Andy Perri's menu, inspired by his training at the Italian Institute for Advanced Culinary and Pastry Arts in Calabria, Italy. Their culinary trainees will join Andy in creating this inspired menu to support Billings Forge Community Works.

Pan Seared Gnocchi- arrabiatta, pancetta, San Mariano tomatoes, olives, grana pandano
Entree
Osso Bucco- creamy polenta, root vegetables, red wine jus
Dessert
Olive Oil Cake - lemon zest, rosemary, stracciatella gelato, sea salt
