The New Haven Land Trust's Beer & Oysters Festival benefit will return for its 4th edition on September 16, from 4-7 pm in the historic carousel at Lighthouse Point Park overlooking Long Island Sound. Beer & Oysters on the Sound is a fun tasting event that brings together the bounty of the land and sea to celebrate the success of another year of community building through gardening, urban farming, and environmental education for all. Join us on Sunday, September 16 from 4-7pm at the Lighthouse Point Park Carousel, 2 Lighthouse Road in New Haven, CT. The event is family-friendly with group packages available. 

Savor Norm Bloom's Copps Island Oysters and sample a growing selection of local beer, including Kinsmen Brewing Co., Hull's Brewery, City Steam Brewery, New England Brewing Co., Lock City Brewing, Stony Creek Beer, Blue Point Brewery, Lagunitas Brewing Co., Owl's Brew, Counterweight Brewing Company, Firefly Hollow Brewing, Thimble Island Brewing Company, Hanging Hills Brewing Company, Black Hog Brewing Co., No Worries Brewing co., Two Roads Brewing Company and more!

The event also features live music from His Bluegrass Characters, and the historic Lighthouse Point Carousel will be running and available for rides. 

The event benefits the New Haven Land Trust, which engages people in stewardship and cultivation of urban land from community gardens to shoreline nature preserves.
