Sunday, August 5th at Rosedale Farms and Vineyards, Max's Catering will host a traditional Oyster Festival featuring Chef Steve Michalewicz of Max Catering and Events, the Connecticut Restaurant Association's 2016 winner for Best Caterer, as well as the teams from Max's Oyster Bar and Max Fish.
