This dinner will be held outside under their tent. Wine may be purchased at the dinner. In the event of very bad weather, a rain date of August 5th has been set aside. Find more information here.

Enjoy a traditional New England Clambake:
-To start your choice of 1 1/4 lb. fresh lobster or 1 1/4 in. Angus strip steak.
-Steamed little neck clams (served in white wine, shallot, and herb butter)
-An assortment of artisanal rolls and bread.
-Mixed green salad with a selection of locally sourced seasonal fruit and vegetables. (an assortment of dressings will be provided)
-Cold couscous salad with feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, and fresh basil. (dressed in an Italian vinaigrette)
-Creamy red smashed potatoes (with fresh basil, garlic, butter, sea salt and black pepper)
-Corn on the cob (flash grilled and brushed with butter)
