Chef will demonstrate how to create one of the signature dishes of Spain—Paella Mariscos. This one-pan meal consists of “bomba” rice, fragrant sauce, vegetables, and mariscos. Learn the perfect ratio of sofrito to saffron, how to achieve the caramelized “socarrat” on the bottom of the pan, and the reason for paella’s iconic status in Spanish cuisine.
This interactive demo will be followed by a quick wine pairings lesson and a tapas lunch.
