Union League Cafe is bringing it back to 1993. The New Haven French restaurant is celebrating their 25th anniversary this month, and will be serving select items off their original opening menu as a prix fixe option all month long. The menu includes dishes like a peekytoe crab tabbouleh, leek and macaroni gratin (pictured above) and a local apple tarte tartin, The menu is $55 without wine pairings and $79 with wine pairings.
They’re also partnering with New Haven Farms to give back through the month of October. Union League Cafe will be donating 25% of the proceeds from their duck leg confit dish, as well as two signature cocktails. New Haven Farms cultivates land within the city to grow organic produce, and deliver wellness programming for low income families within the community.
