Details: Glastonbury native Mark Packard will demonstrate the maple sugar making process. You'll get to see firsthand how maple sap transforms to syrup and ask any questions you have along the way. Inside the house pancakes will be cooked on the open hearth and served with what else but maple syrup. Belltown Orchards will be onsite giving an apple tree pruning demonstration at 2pm for those interested in harvesting their apple trees.
