In this new dinner series from Fleishers Craft Kitchen, we're teaming up with Connecticut's best micro-breweries to bring you five very special food-and-drink experiences. Led by Chef Adam Truelove, these four-course dinners will feature inventive menus of pasture-raised meats and seasonal ingredients, paired with locally crafted beers presented by the brewmasters themselves. Each event will kick off with a welcome reception at 6:30pm, and the meal itself will start promptly at 7pm.

• 1/13 - New England Brewing
• 1/27 - Thimble Island Brewing
• 2/10 - Stubborn Beauty
• 2/24 - Relic Brewing
• 3/9 - Black Hog Brewing

Tickets for each event will be released at least two weeks prior to each date, and reservations can only be made through this ticketing system. If tickets for a dinner are sold out and you wish to be added to the waitlist, please email us using the link below. Those on the waitlist will get first access to the next available date.
