Gioacchino Passalaqua, Palmer's Market Italian food exporter and native Sicilian is coming back to Darien and this time, he’s bringing along one of Sicily’s top chefs. Claudio Ruta is a Michelin Star recipient for his restaurant La Fenice in Ragusa, Sicily. With the assistance of Gioacchino, Claudio will showcase some of Sicily’s most talked about foods in an artfully crafted 4-course dinner.

They'll be transforming Palmer's Market into a pop-up restaurant on the nights of Monday, January 25th and Tuesday, January 26th. The event starts at 7:30pm and price is $80/per person.
