The chef is turning 30! Come join [oink] at their weekly brunch series at Caseus for a special birthday celebration for chef Craig Hutchinson. This week they will be roasting half a Walden Hill pig and serving the courses family style. The celebration will conclude with a special birthday cake baked by co-chef Alex "Nuevo" Lishchynsky. And that's not all, Black Hog Brewery will be providing the beer, and bottles of Fernet Branca will be accompanying your courses.
