Sunday Supper Series Takes You to Umbria

Our monthly dinner series continues this month with A Chef's Journal: Umbria. Engine Room Executive Chef, Chris Vanasse is currently on a culinary pilgrimage in Umbria, Italy. Join us when he returns for recipes, stories, and a five-course menu with some of the ingredients that this verdant region has to offer. We'll pair each course with uniquely Italian beer, wine, and spirits.
