The newest addition to the West Hartford's pizza scene also serves on wheels! The Savoy Road Show, as they're calling it, will be making its Hartford debut on May 11, 2017 as the CT Eats Out sponsored vendor at the KNOW GOOD Market. A Max Restaurant Group endeavor, Savoy Pizzeria opened a brick and mortar location last fall and its Neapolitan style pizzas have quickly made their mark on the state.
The Road Show, their wood fired mobile oven, is available to book for any and all of your party and catering needs. Chef Dante Cistulli uses artisan flours and San Marzano tomatoes on their pizzas and hand pulls their mozzarella daily. They'll be serving a selection of their artisan red and white pizzas out of their mobile oven at the May KNOW GOOD Market.
The KNOW GOOD Market is an open air street festival held on the second Thursday of each month from April-November in the Parkville neighborhood of Hartford. It features local music, food and vendors and attracts a large crowd of locals and visitors alike. In addition to Savoy, Mercado, Yardbird, Samba Cuisine, Let's Start from Scratch, Cafe 55, Heirloom Market, Iron and Grain, Bear's Smokehouse BBQ, and Butcher and Red will be serving food while Hog River pours beverages. Artisan vendors will be located next door in The Dirt Salon.
The KNOW GOOD Market is held from 5-8pm on the second Thursday of each month from April-November. It is located at 30-50 Bartholomew Ave. Hartford, CT. There is a parking lot located across the street, bike parking and is just one block from the CT Fastrak Parkville stop.
