Win Two Tickets to the Greenwich Wine and Food Festival

It’s that time of year again! The Greenwich Wine and Food Festival is coming to town on September 22, 2018, bringing big name chefs, delicious bites and cooking competitions galore. I have a wedding on the same day and can’t attend this year AND AM VERY GENUINELY UPSET. Luckily for you, this means I’m giving away a pair of tickets. I expect hourly text updates if you win, as I will be living vicariously through you.
The event begins at 12:30pm with the opening of the Grand Tasting Tent, where you can savor bites and drinks from over 150 vendors, including a few of my favorites: Fjord Fish Market, Geronimo Tequila Bar and Southwest Grill, Little Pub, Spiked Seltzer, Donut Crazy and Stella Artois.
There will also be two Kitchen Stages with demonstrations from chefs like Scott Conant, Alex Guarnaschelli, and Connecticut’s own Lindsay Perkins; a Celebrity Green Room with interviews of Fortina’s Christian Petroni, and Food Network’s Adam Richman amongst others; and a Tasting Stage with seminars from Ketel One, Don Julio and Woodford Reserve.
If all of that isn’t enough, there will be lawn games including corn hole and life size Connect Four; celebrity book signings; a bartender showdown featuring Ketel One and your favorite Connecticut bartenders; a burger competition; a tailgate party with Hoodoo Brown BBQ, The Dough Girls, Half Full Brewery and more; and oh, to top it off Tim McGraw is performing. Casual.
