Chefs Luke Venner and Tyler Anderson are reuniting for a pop-up dinner on April 20, 2016. The two met in 2007 and Venner went on to work under Anderson as chef de cuisine at Millwrights in Simsbury. The dinner will be held at elm restaurant in New Canaan, CT with reservations available between 5:30 and 9pm.
The menu features many dishes inspired by California, where both of the chefs previously honed their skills. It will be separated into two sections, smaller dishes, and larger dishes recommended for sharing between 2-3 people.
