Artisan West Hartford will be joined by Edrington Whiskey Representative Jeremy Fonicello for an evening of Macallan Whiskey - a distillery known for its obsession with perfection - and a perfectly paired dinner.
As a preview, the evening will commence with an amuse comprised of Connecticut’s Nodine’s Applewood smoked bacon wrapped around Medjool dates accompanied by a Macallan 12 Sherry Oak. It will conclude with a molten chocolate cake, vanilla ice-cream and sarments du Medoc paired with a Macallan Rare Cask. And, there will be plenty more in between including Hazelnut Crusted Rack of Lamb and Whisky Flambe Maryland Rock Shrimp.
