Tuesday, July 17th celebrate the life of a man that paved the way for the food industry, dropped knowledge and wisdom on every person that read his books, watched his shows, and listened to his words. This dinner is a tribute to Tony, and features not only a group of great industry people coming together but also will take a glimpse at courses from some of his favorite places in the world: Spain, Congo, Copenhagen, France, NY, Japan, and Vietnam.
