In the 1970's, Mary Keehn, a self-proclaimed "serious hippie," was a mom in search of healthy milk for her children. After wrangling a few of her neighbor's goats, she began making goat cheese, something that was not easily done almost 50 years ago in America. Over time, she started Cypress Grove Creamery, creators of Humboldt Fog, and one of the most well-respected artisan cheese producers in America. Join them for an evening of cheese, wine, and laughs, as Cypress Grove representative, Nate, shares insight into the pioneering company. Find more information here.
