Tickets are $55 per person and includes courses like charred shishito peppers with hot honey ricotta, asparagus with preserved lemon, whipped Melville, herb oil and smoked salt, and banh mi pizza with pickled Wellstone Farm vegetables, pork belly pate, smoked pork, cilantro, scallions, and garlic sesame aioli.
