Join Oyster Club for their most beloved annual tradition, a holiday feast with dear friend, Connecticut resident, and national treasure, Jacques Pepin at Stone Acres Farm! They are honored to host Jacques and his family to celebrate his birthday, and Christmas in Connecticut. Jacques and their Chef James Wayman will collaborate to prepare a traditional country holiday feast, featuring the bounty of rural New England. Expect classic festive cuisine, curated cocktail pairings, and merriment with friends at the historic Stone Acres mansion. All proceeds will benefit the Jacques Pepin Foundation, and the Yellow Farmhouse Education Center at Stone Acres Farm. The Jacques Pepin Foundation is a 501c3 non-profit organization focusing on providing "enriched lives and stronger communities through the power of culinary education,” and the Yellow Farmhouse Education Center at Stone Acres Farm is a non-profit organization dedicated to farm and food based education for all ages, in hopes of helping to restore our regional food system.
*Tickets cost $500 and are considered a charitable donation to the Jacques Pepin Foundation and the Yellow Farmhouse Education Center at Stone Acres Farm.
