Contest format:
3 rounds of semifinals, 2 competing at a time, pairs selected randomly at event. Competitors will have 5 minutes to make 4 cocktails. Live scoring, with behind the scenes deliberation. Cocktails scored 1-5 on technique/style, creativity/originality, taste. The top two competitors from the semi-final rounds will be announced with a head to head final immediately following. The top two competitors will be asked to make an undisclosed cocktail (to be revealed at that time) and will have 5 minutes to make 4 of the mystery cocktail. Same rules apply. The winner and runner up will represent 1st and 2nd place, with prizes awarded to the top 3 competitors.
