Heirloom Market's Grand Opening Celebration and Spring Planting Festival.
Outside, on the grill Chef Ryan Shanahan will be joined by local guest chef Scott Miller to cook up a big ole barbecue spread complete with Ryan's homemade biscuits. The cafe staff will be serving up hand shaken lemonades and cold brew coffee. Mercado food truck will be there as well as Chet's Italian Ice.
Inside, the cafe will be serving coffee and espresso drinks and homemade fresh baked goods.
The Market will be open and stocked with local farm fresh produce, dairy, and all natural, organic groceries.
There will be live music and gardening fun for the whole family.
There will be talks on permaculture, Fermenting, Raising Backyard Chickens, and Beekeeping, to name a few.
Workshops on how to create your own beautiful planted flower arrangement, and for the kids: how to build a bird house, face painting and henna.
Oh and plants! Lots and lots of plant starts (vegetable, herb and flower) and potted plants and flowers and hanging baskets too!
