Txikiteo is the Basque tradition of going out for tapas and sampling the newest vintage Basque wines, or Txakoli, arrivals. While it might be hard to pronounce (CHA-ko-lee, for the uninitiated), these Basque white wines are certainly some of the easiest to drink. Join us for a special dinner on the patio as Chef Eric prepares pintxos and specialties from the grill - a la Pais Vasco - while we sample the unique ciders and fresh wines of the region.
