Cook up some steamy delicious broth in the new Kitchen at CitySeed and learn techniques to nourish you through winter. Make traditional Japanese dashi broth base using kombu, as well as chicken and other meat bone broths, and sample Doom Noodle ramen to cap off the class! The class is taught by Chef Jordan and the Doom Noodle Crew. Limited to 10 people. Will sell out fast!
