Matt Wick

Matt Wick has over fifteen years of kitchen experience, including ten at River Tavern Restaurant where he was molded under chefs Jonathan Rapp, Chris Flahaven and James Wayman, and was most recently head chef for the past three years. He holds a wealth of knowledge on the foraging of local plants and mushrooms as well as whole animal butchery; skills which are exhibited in his menus. He is opening Osa Restaurant in May in Middletown with Krust owners, Rich Garcia and Kevin Wirtes.
