Marcell Davidsen is the Executive Chef of Community Table Restaurant in Washington, CT. A native of Denmark, Marcell brings a Nordic style to the Connecticut food scene. He received his training in Copenhagen and has since cooked at Leventis in Greece, Heirloom and Bespoke in New Haven and Elvira Madigan and Marchal in Denmark. Through his cooking he hopes to "establish a balance between food, nature, life and experience."
