bartaco Introduces New Secret Taco

bartaco launched their eighth secret taco this month, and while simple, it is one of our favorite secret tacos yet.  If you haven't been keeping up, bartaco started their #bartacosecret campaign back in 2015 and every few weeks they release a new taco that is not listed on their official menu, but that can be ordered when asked. Previous secret tacos have included ancho ahi tuna, shrimp banh mi, lobster and crispy avocado.

Their newest edition is an ancho coffee braised short rib taco with cilantro, pickled onion and fennel. Head down to one of bartaco's locations in West Hartford, Stamford and Westport, order a margarita or three (and maybe even their new tuna poke bowl) and try the secret taco before it's gone!
