CT Eats Out x KNOW GOOD Market: Yardbird & CO.

We are so thrilled to be presenting Yardbird & CO. as our sponsored vendor at this month's KNOW GOOD Market. Led by Chef Eric Stagl and Mallary Kohlmeyer, Yardbird & CO. serves unique sandwiches and sides made with local and seasonal ingredients. Their signature item is a fried chicken sandwich with a chicken thigh brined in buttermilk, miso, rosemary and garlic. They'll be serving that at the KNOW GOOD Market alongside their steam buns with crispy chicken, pickled carrots and black garlic hoisin; Yardbird nuggets with honey mustard; hand cut potato wedges with aioli; crispy Brussels sprouts with smoked maple vinaigrette; quinoa salad and pasta salad. 

The KNOW GOOD Market is an open-air street food destination designed to promote the collective culture of Hartford. Featuring tastes from local restaurants and food trucks, fresh produce from KNOX and live music, the KNOW GOOD Market offers an experience of raw community celebration. The market was inspired by the eclectic entrepreneurship of the Parkville neighborhood and seeks to engage the community’s heart and stomach. It runs from 5-8pm on the second Thursday of every month at 30 Bartholomew Ave. Hartford, CT.
