NoRA Cupcake Co. Opens In West Hartford
The day is finally here! NoRA Cupcake Company opened their second brick and mortar location today, November 19, in Blue Back Square in West Hartford, CT. Owner Carrie Carella was approached by Blue Back Square to do a holiday pop-up, but decided she wanted to see how an extended stay would do. So, lucky for the residents of West Hartford, the NoRA store will be popping up for one year, and possibly longer depending on its success.
While the cupcakes will continue to be baked at their Middletown location and driven up multiple times each day, the store will have the full selection of treats, including gluten free and vegan options. They will also be serving their cereal bars, gansta cookies, NoReos, and coffee from New Haven's A Happy Life Coffee. The West Hartford location is mimicked after her original storefront, whimsically designed with plenty of seating and also wifi.
You can visit the cupcake shop at 103 Memorial Drive in Blue Back Square in West Hartford. The store hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 10-7pm, Thursday-Saturday 10-10pm, and Sunday 10-7pm.
