Why You Should Go To The KNOW GOOD Market

Why You Should Go To The KNOW GOOD Market

The KNOW GOOD Market, put on by Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner, is an open-air street festival happening from 5-8pm on October 12, 2015, in the Parkville neighborhood of Hartford. Featuring eats from food trucks and local restaurants, fresh produce from Knox Inc., live music and a few local vendors, it's a real good time and is an awesome community event that we hope will continue regularly for a long time to come.

Here's what will be happening:

Food Trucks

I mean this is OBVIOUSLY why we're going. Eat some awesome food from Mercado, The Cupcake Brake, New Haven Pizza Truck and Samba Kitchen.

Knox Produce

Hartford based, Knox Inc., will be setting up a mini farmer's market with a few vendors selling locally grown veggies. Rumor has it one vendor will be making fresh juices and fried plantains, and another will be making pincho- Cuban spiced kabobs.

Music

Local band, The Vibes, will be back providing delightful alternative tunes for all of our lucky ears.

Goods

Hartford Denim Company will have a stand again and be selling goods, and The Brothers Crisp will be hosting a workshop tour at 6pm with the Connecticut Artistic Director's Club.

The KNOW GOOD Market will be held from 5-8pm at 30 Bartholomew Ave in Hartford, CT. For more information on the market, you can visit their facebook page here.
